“Friendly and professional staff. Nicely maintained grounds - grass cut, floral arrangements. Clean room, welcome note. Security measures in effect. This motel is an excellent choice in the quaint town of Palmerston in the heart of farm/mennonite Ontario. Close to restaurants and relatively close to other tourist towns of interest including Arthur and St. Jacobs. We recommend”

“The home is easy to find and happily situated. Check-in was well planned by the staff and very easy for us. Our room & bath was just as described. Very quiet and safe home and neighborhood. The homemade breakfast was excellent, plenty of fresh food and drink to start the day. The staff was very friendly and kind to us. We would (and have already) highly recommended the home to anyone visiting the area.”

“The host was very welcoming and gave clear, easy to understand instructions on how to access the unit. The location is excellent for exploring Elora. The apartment was very similar to the photos and clean. We only used the one bedroom with the king bed during our stay and it was very comfortable. You could hear the unit upstairs if they were walking around or talking loudly. The curtains were not blackout in the bedroom so it was very light early in the morning. There was also a small light on……

“This cabin was the perfect winter getaway! It was cozy and warm in snow covered woods. We got to see baby lambs and try to walk through the snow (we should have rented snowshoes). There were beautiful hikes nearby and the area was beautiful. It was an adventure to cook outside in the winter! ”

“Clean, new basement suite with very comfortable bed.. Side door with no sidewalk. Wet grass and gravel a bit of a challenge. Limited parking - only one side of street with lots of driveways, bit of a walk but OK. Very small shower stall. No face cloths so we bought some and left there. Kuerig not working - host brought instant and said would bring a working unit but never heard any more. Towel bars need new wall anchors. Sorry to sound so negative but want to provide feedback which would make……

“The place is very cute and clean. The host is great to communicate with, is very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, my husband is very tall and has had two major back surgeries so the sleeping arrangements were not the best for him. ”
